Eyepower Red - essential eyecare for everyone over 40
Professor Glen Jeffery professor of neuroscience at the Institute of Ophthalmology at University College London has developed a new pair of deep red light glasses based on his many years of research in partnership with UK lighting company Planet Lighting to help people of 40 years old and over to slow the ageing of their eyes and even improve their colour vision. These glasses are the world's first low cost eye chargers designed for home use.
Using 670 nm red light Dr Jeffery has proved that this light can slow the ageing of your eyes by giving increased energy to the mitochondria in the retina. He has published papers recently explaining his results, please see here for a report from UCL on some of his findings: https://www.ucl.ac.uk/news/2021/nov/morning-exposure-deep-red-light-improves-declining-eyesight
I am working as an official affiliate with Planet Lighting UK to help get the word out about the glasses. They are safe, affordable (£68 plus postage approx $86 ), light, unisex and effective.
We aim to help many people slow the ageing of their eyes and even improve ageing vision. You simply use them the glasses for 3 minutes in the morning once a week and that's it (they automatically turn off after 3 minutes). You can keep your eyes open or closed. You charge them with the supplied USB-C cable once every 2/3 weeks. They do not cure eye illnesses however slow the ageing of your eyes.
For more information and the place to purchase a pair please go to https://www.eye-power.co.uk/?aff=2 A percentage of each sale goes back to Professor Jeffery's lab at UCL for him and his team to continue their work. Dr Andrew Huberman who knows Professor Jeffery has spoken about his work favourably in several of his podcasts.
